The hotel was placed in the central location to an establishment.

We ate at a really nice restaurant with good food. Its convenient, central location was a plus.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was awful, and the bed was a little hard.

The property was intimate with pretty friendly staff who chatted to my 18 year old in a lovely manner, I loved the stay. That hotel was in a particularly good location, very close to the A1-perfect stop off place. And it was also near both Sunderland & Newcastle.

The restaurant was very welcoming with good food, we ordered freshly cooked dishes. The bathroom had a bath, which was great. The venue's position was central.

I loved spending time here. Had very lovely stay on a returnig visit and the weather was sunny. Its stunning, central location was a plus. Also, Ravensworth Golf Club was 2 km away. The most important was the staff - outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly people.

Intimate overall clean property, it has pretty friendly staff to who was apparently the “ real ” manager. It has fab and amazing location right on the metro centre.

By and large, it was excellent home base for sightseeing in Gateshead, had much fun and met outstandingly accommodating and amiable staff who chatted to my 18 year old in a lovely manner. Amazing location, I where really close to potato skins with sour cream, and park.

Possibly the best and very pleasant stay for our visit up north. Excellent central location, next to the bar/restaurant as well as the town centre. 100% recommend to others.

The communication with the property before our arrival was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and professional over the phone. Throughout our stay, the staff at the reception and in the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. The barman from Turkey and the lady at reception made us feel very welcome. The bed in our room was comfortable and the parking was adequate. The view of the Angel of the North from the external garden was great. The courtyard garden was also pleasant. The room itself was immaculately clean and looked recently refurbished. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere.
